Happy nurse practitioner week to me! This was a God story and God provided! And it was the EASIEST AND QUICKEST AND BEST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD !! Denny Mitchem was outstanding and did EVERYTHING we needed and got what we needed and we didn’t even have to ask !!! 10 stars to him !!! Thank you Denny!

I was not anticipating having to get a newer car so quickly but when my car that I’ve had for a few years broke down on me I was on a tight deadline to find a vehicle. Thankfully, I was able to send a quick Facebook message to Denny and within a couple of days, I drove off the lot with a great vehicle! The process with him was so easy he took all of my anxiety away about making the said purchase. Denny did all the work and all I had to do was show up. I have never had such a good experience purchasing anything like this before. He made sure I was comfortable and took care of me and my little one like we were family. I will never go to anyone else but Denny! By his professionalism and compassion, I walked away with a great car and Denny walked away with lifelong customer/ friend. I was traveling from Michigan with my family and our car broke down in Pax. We got towed to Beckley. We were told our car was fixable and after 24 hours and over $500 later it wasn’t. I went into panic mode. My husband did some research online and we went to speak with The Judge.. We arrived at the dealership and this gentlemen went above and beyond for our family to ensure we could get home. Denny tried his little heart out to get us financed. After a few hours we were on our way out in a new car!! He only had a small amount of cash for a down payment. This guy made it happen. Him and the other guy there that day were so hospitable!! I’m so thankful for them. I was stressed out for 3 days and they fixed my problem. He even gave us a couple ideas on places to go so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. It was beautiful and for sure what our family needed after a few bad days!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. We are a growing family, pregnant with our 4th child, and the salesman and finance department treated us like friends instead of customers. Due to the economic crisis in our area, my husband was laid off the greater part of last year, but they worked hard to get us approved and exceeded our price range expectations. They gave us top dollar for our trade, and an amazing deal on our purchased vehicle. We had an issue with one of the banks we tried to finance through, and Denny Mitchem worked hard to find a bank that suited our family’s needs. We will forever be returning customers! We have dealt with a lot of car lots in our lifetime, but this one topped them all. I definitely recommend!
